Reading, Pa.-based Rentokil North America has acquired Access Exterminator Service, Orange, Calif. The deal was finalized in March and the firm will be branded as Western Exterminator. Terms were not disclosed. Kemp Anderson Consulting acted as exclusive financial advisor to Access Exterminator Service.
“It is a pleasure to welcome Access Exterminator Service to our Rentokil North America family,” John Myers, president and CEO of Rentokil North America, said in a news release. “Russ Stribling and Roger Sonnefeld have done a great job growing this business in Southern California, and we look forward to serving their loyal customer base.”
Access Exterminator Service was founded in 1998 by Stribling, with Sonnefeld joining in 2001. It serves the California counties of Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside and San Diego.
